The Great March - Release 3

I've been continuing to work on it for an hour or two every weekend, and I've now finally completed this update.

Release 3 includes:

• An interactive tutorial
• The introduction of dialogues, through the use of Yarnspinner
• Loading from the main menu
• A few minor fixes
• And last but not least, for the first-ever time you'll see the President and his secretary / helper / handywoman Lira.

Do note that while saves now include additional information about the story's stage, old saves are still compatible with this release.

Here is the updated future versions feature list:

• Storyline
• Defense Facilities: strike back at the darkness!
• Cargo trips consuming fuel & physical cargo ships: wear & tear!
• Unlockable bonuses, starting loadouts & other roguelite elements.
